In Rocca Canavese, among the moraine hills of the Turin area, a festival is held dedicated to a dessert of memory: stuffed peach, prepared with fruit ripe at just the right point, filled with cocoa, amaretti, chocolate and hazelnuts, and slowly baked in the oven. The festival revolves around this irresistible dessert, but also offers Piedmont tradition dishes, local wines, visits to orchards and pastry-making workshops. The evenings are accompanied by concerts, markets and walks through the streets of the center.
