The event offers an exhibition route that leads visitors to discover agricultural and fruit and vegetable companies, a large market exhibition with typical products, flowers and fruit, as well as the presence of the Protection Consortia that promote local excellences. The beating heart of the event is Fruttintavola, a dining area where fruit becomes the star of traditional dishes and innovative food proposals. Piazza Umberto I welcomes institutional stands and guest delegations, as well as hosting showcooking, workshops and performances that enrich the programme of the event.
