In the enchanting village of Cuceglio, local gastronomic tradition is celebrated with the Sagra della Fritura Dusa e del Vino Morenico. The Fritura Dusa, an authentic local “must”, is a typical dish of Canavese made with fried sweet semolina, a simple but extraordinarily tasty delicacy, recognized in 2018 as a Traditional Agri-food Product (PAT) of the Piedmont Region. The sweet can be enjoyed together with the renowned Vino Morenico, in a perfect combination that enhances the authentic flavors of Canavese.
